And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.
Hebrews 10:24
At Annville United Christian Church, we are focused on reaching the world with the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ. We have a number of ministries that help us to accomplish this mission…
Children's Ministry
Our Children's ministry is deeply dedicated to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with kids throughout the community. We offer Children’s Sunday School on Sundays at 9:15 AM where they are immersed into the story of the Gospel in Scripture. During our worship service, we host Junior Church for any kids who are interested in alternative learning. In the summers, we have Vacation Bible School. We hope you’ll your kids will join us for an awesome journey into the Truth of God’s Word!
Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry is rooted in study and fellowship. On Sunday mornings at 9:15 AM, teens have the opportunity to join our Middle and High school teachers for a Gospel-centric study through Scripture. We offer the Teens Living for Christ meetings at the Fellowship Center and Plugged In Young Adult ministry on the first and third Sunday nights of each month. We look forward to having your teenagers join our Youth Group!
Adult Sunday School
On Sunday Mornings at 9:15 AM, our adults meet for Sunday School. Throughout the year, there are various studies offered that encourage and convict the heart with the Truth of God’s Word. The aim of our Sunday School program is to grow in the knowledge of God’s Word through deep study with fellow believers. Our Christ-centered exposition of Scripture offers believers to think deeply about the Truth of Scripture and the importance of following the Lord.
Home Groups
There are a number of small groups meeting in various homes and geographical regions for prayer, fellowship and study. These groups are where our members do life together meeting needs and encouraging one another. If you are interested in joining a small group, stop by our welcome center on Sunday morning for additional information!
Wednesday Night Family Fellowship
Wednesday Night Family Fellowship meetings restart on January 24, 2024 and will continue for about 12 weeks. Families gather at 6:45 p.m. in the sanctuary for corporate prayer and worship. Around 7:00 p.m. the children go downstairs for Bible study, games and activities while adults stay upstairs for an informal video and discussion time. At 7:45 everyone gathers in the lobby for snacks and fellowship. We hope to see you then.
Men's Ministry
The AUCC Men’s Ministry team is focused on pouring into the lives of the AUCC men as they firmly stand for Biblical Truth. Our men have regular events throughout the year to aid them in becoming godly leaders in their households. All men are welcome to join us as we venture to grow as men of God.
Women’s Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry plans various events throughout the year to strengthen the hearts of the women as they live boldly for the Lord. Every year, the women participate in retreats, studies, and conferences that are used to uplift their hearts and strengthen them in their daily walks with the Lord. God is at work in the lives of the women in our church, and they would love for you to join them as they journey through life together. Come to be encouraged through study and tender fellowship with our AUCC Women!
Cleona Campmeeting
Annville Church partners with other churches in the denomination in support of Cleona Camp Grove Meeting ministries. This ministry established in the late 1800s is still blessing many today. Throughout the year many events are held at the camp grounds. But one of the main events takes place in Summer. Visit the Cleona Campmeeting Website to see what events are scheduledthis year.
A Journey to Bethlehem
For the past several years Annville Church has reached out to the local community by sharing the good news of the advent of Jesus Christ through our "Journey to Bethlehem" ministry. This past Christmas more than three thousand people attended our live outdoor walk-through presentation of the story of Jesus Christ coming into the world to save people from their sins. There were live actors, animals, stations, narrations, and refreshments. What a great way for families and friends to experience the joy of Christ. People are already looking forward to their journey to Bethlehem in 2024.
Missions
Annville United Christian Church reaches out to the world missions. We support missionaries Sam and Jessica serving in Mexico, Christine serving in Kazakhstan and Dave and Joy serving in Uganda. We also periodically provide opportunities for our young people to experience missions through short-term teams. This summer 2024 a group of about 15 are planning a short-term mission trip to Mexico. Come and serve alongside as Annville reaches out into the world.
